Noches de Paella is a festive dinner event at Maya's Farm, featuring Chef Alex Mariles Perez. Join us for sunset diner and live music! Join us on Sunday, May 30, 2021, from 6:30-9:30PM for our very first sunset dinner! Chef Alex has been cooking for more than 25 years, mostly in Tijuana, and Valle de Guadalupe in Baja California, Mexico. He is an avid participant of Paella festivals in Tijuana. We are so thrilled to have his culinary expertise for our very first Noches de Paella edition!
