EXPERIENCED AIRLESS sprayer painter n helper

I own a one story building with a low pitched (3/12) metal roof and need to spray paint the roof one coat white primer and a coat of top coat brown paint. I am looking for an EXPERIENCED ONLY spray painter to do this. I will pay $35 an hour to do this, $25 to the EXPERIENCED painter and $10 to the EXPERIENCED helper that you provide. The helpers job will be to KEEP THE AIRLESS hose from touching an already WET painted part of the roof. If you can not keep the hose from dragging on or touching the WET paint on the roof it will not work and DO NOT APPLY because it will have to be painted again and I do not have funds to do again. I will be present to help keep the airless painter full of paint, switch 5 gallon buckets, move the airless etc and make sure hose it not dragging on or touching the painted roof. If it does I will stop the job.. I have an airless sprayer but will pay $5 more an hour if you use yours and that should show me also that you have experience if you provide your own. If you smoke NO SMOKING on the roof. We can start tomorrow Sunday and paint on days it will not rain. I FEEL THE JOB CAN BE DONE PROPERLY IN 2.5 to 3 days.
