Hi, I need someone to help me with renting a house in Wabash. Must live in or close to Wabash. I will need the following starting in about a week: 1. Meet with potential renters at the house and let them in and then lock up house afterwards 2. Mow the lawn every week 3. Check on the property mid week to ensure it is secure. (I expect to rent the house in 1 - 4 weeks, so the job will last about 4 weeks until rented.) $18/hr. I will pay weekly by Paypal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle or I can mail a check.
