Pruning and advice for overgrown lemon tree

I have a lemon tree in my yard that has not been well cared for. Half is producing fruit, the other half is leafless but mostly alive. It has been aloud to grow a bit tall. Looking for advice on how to improve the health and look of the tree. Likely requires pruning.
