Need help with online sales and organizing

I need help with lots of stuff. I need someone to help with online selling. Flea market sales. I have a huge amount of stuff in storage and garage that needs to be gone through. I also have a retail shop that might need some labor too. Probably pay cash. Need to have a valid D.L. and should be a strong-bodied person. Able to lift and move heavy stuff around.
