"Electrician" Needed

Need someone who can do all of the following electrical jobs: put plastic extenders on three plugs where there is a new backsplash; put new ceiling fan on where old one was just removed; make up three new electrical boxes where new yellow wire sticks out of blue boxes... new plugs where new wetbar was added; replace dimmers switches in two bedrooms. Want to pay by hour but open to bonus for someone who works quickly. Please tell your experience with this sort of work and what you would like per hour.
