Milo is a very active 8 month old Aussie/shepherd mix looking for his furever. He weighs about 50 pounds and hasn’t grown much in the last month. He was adopted from our rescue at 3 months old and then surrendered again just recently. He is neutered, fully vaccinated, chipped, dewormed, and flea treated. He is great with other animals and people of all ages. He is very needy!! He is a working dog breed mix and needs A LOT of activity. He does best in a home with at least one other dog that can distract some of his time away from wanting to be with someone 24/7. He does well on a leash, and is potty trained. He needs a large yard or property fully fenced. We haven’t seen him try to escape anything whether it’s digging or jumping so that shouldn’t be an issue. He will kennel/crate but does not like it...he doesn’t seem to like being confined in small spaces by himself at least. He’s a great dog but needs the right home. He does need some training and I think it would be extremely beneficial for him to be on a farm or even with an individual that always has their dog along for the ride. Because he has been returned to our rescue once, we are only offering a foster to adopt situation. Which is where a trial run is required for at least a week to make sure it’s a good fit before adoption. Adoption fee $550 to cover his medical costs.
