LABORERS AND SKILLED CONSTRUCTION WORKERS - US: We are a busy general contractor business with a primary focus on structural projects. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Physically fit with a healthy attitude. Computer savvy (for sending and receiving emails, weekly time sheets and job documentation). Presentable, professional appearance. Able to speak with clients in a professional and polite manner. RESPOSIBILITIES: • A bags-on TEAM MEMBER at the job site. • Assist the project manager with assigned tasks, supervised and unsupervised. • Work at the direction of the project manager. • Interact with and TEAM MEMBERS on process and options. • Assist in growing the company to reach our long-term goals. REQUIREMENTS and ADDED CONSIDERATIONS- • Good balance between quality and speed; you care about your clients and your company. • ( SKILLED WORKER) jobsite experience (knowledge of residential housing: crawl space to attic; foundation to roof; electrical; plumbing; HVAC and controls; finish carpentry; appliances) • 4+ years jobsite lead experience; knowledge of building and remodeling concepts; and residential electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems a plus. • Familiar with all hand and power tools. Has reliable transportation Physical Requirements & Working Conditions: • Ability to frequently lift or carry 20 to 75 pounds; assist with up to 120 pounds. • Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 30 pounds of force constantly, to move objects. • Must be able to stand, bend, squat, sit, kneel, crawl, climb, carry, crouch and kneel. • Typical work performed in buildings, however, working conditions can include unheated areas, crawl spaces, roofs and all weather conditions.
