Description
We all see it, the complete mess inside the 405. Other areas are bad but it must start there. Why? Because inside that core area is our welcoming committee to the tourism dollars that Oregon is known for. We are talking Billions of dollars are at stake. I'm personally sick that the world gets welcomed with that mess. Covid it over its TIME. We must act now. We cannot afford to have the first post pandemic visitors take those pics back home to show friends and family. The price is to high.
