WE ARE HIRING! Erbs Management Group is looking to hire an Assistant Property Manager at their Kansas City, Missouri location. Potential Candidates should be able to excel in the following ways: o Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their storage needs o Assist reservation and walk-in customers in renting storage units o Sell merchandise, moving and packaging supplies o Ensure the facility is customer ready – making the property appearance safe, secure and welcoming o Complete daily walk throughs and checks of the property for any issues or discrepancies in the facility o Detail oriented for completing move ins, walk throughs, and other daily paperwork tasks o Complete any outstanding tasks that the Property Manager was not able to complete by EOD for previous days. o Follow up with all reservations and leads in the system  o Assist Property Manager in setting up auction processes for automated practices in the system.  o Achieve operational goals set in place by management company and store management for weekly, monthly and quarterly goals.  o Coordinate, plans, identifies, communicates and delegates appropriate responsibilities and practices to Property Manager to ensure smooth flow of operations. o Demonstrate a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events and manages smooth transitions thereafter to keep storage operating to standards.
