UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — Most meetings and events may be virtual these days, but there's still plenty happening on the Upper East Side. Artists can display works, including prints, paintings, photography and quilts, at an outdoor exhibition along James Cagney Way on East 91st Street; and the Easton Plaza on 92nd Street.
