Press release from the Atlanta Police Department: 05/14/2021 211340136 Preliminary Information: On 5/14/121, around 1:21 am, officers responded to a person shot at the location of 3195 Donald Lee Hollowell Pkwy. Upon arrival, officers located an adult male victim with a gunshot wound. He was alert, conscious and breathing and transported to the hospital for treatment. Preliminary Investigation indicates the victim was driving traveling westbound on I-20 approaching I-285 when an unknown suspect occupying a vehicle began shooting at him. The victim (identified as Darrell Sills DOB 8/89)  sustained a gunshot wound during the incident. Four additional adult passengers were inside the victim's vehicle during the incident but were uninjured. The investigation continues.   Please keep in mind the above information is preliminary in nature and can change as the investigation progresses and new information comes to light.
