Assist Facilities Manager in ensuring facilities are maintained in a safe, clean, and orderly manner. 2. Routine janitorial duties, including but not limited to cleaning toilets, restrooms, washing/waxing floors, cleaning windows, emptying trash and recycling 2. Making repairs, remodeling and construction 3. Basic grounds maintenance, vermin and insect control 4. Maintenance of equipment, vehicles, supplies replenishment REQUIREMENTS: 1. Eligible to work in the United States 2. HS diploma or equivalent 3. Valid CA Driver license 4. Must pass DOJ background fingerprint clearance, health screen and TB test REWARDS: Paid training Paid sick leave 401K Retirement Plan Paid holidays Paid vacation 20 - 25 hours/week.
