Construction/demo experience strongly preferred - Full Time Guaranteed Immediate Opening: North San Diego based Hometown Restoration is looking for a full time field technician to join our growing team We provide guaranteed minimum hours, paid training, uniforms. We have 5 star ratings on most of the online review platforms and are quickly scaling up. Compensation & Benefits -- Starting Pay $15-17 per hour -- High advancement potential --Paid Training — medical benefits after 90 days -- PTO begins accumulating after 90 days. -- Holiday Pay --Uniforms Provided Job Requirements -- Excellent Driving Record Required- must be able to drive a company vehicle. -- Ability to be on your feet and doing strenuous activity for 8+ hrs per day at multiple job sites. --Lift 50+ pounds --Background Check (clean criminal record required) -- We provide emergency services so the applicant must be able to work some nights and weekends, following an "on call" rotation and during winter storm events when required.
