Live-In Nanny for 9hrs per week

Hi, I am seeking a live-in Nanny to care for my 2 boys ages 2&4yrs old (almost 3&5yrs) for 9 hours a week from 5:30pm-8:30 p.m. M, T, & TH in exchange for rent/utilities discounted down to $250/month. We have a beach-house. Your private room & shared bathroom (with our female Estate Caretaker) has an ocean/sunset view & at night you can hear the waves crashing on the sand - It's a dream. We are in a gated community that has amenities: pool, jacuzzi, tennis/basketball/volleyball courts, a private walking trail part way to the beach. We are a 5 minute walk from the beach where there is a surf break. The evening routine would be to serve the kids the dinner I've made for them (if they haven't eaten it already), take them on a neighborhood walk/scooter/bike excursion to get out some more energy. Then give them a bath/brush teeth/change into pj's (we do body baths nightly, but wash their hair just 2-3x/week). After the bath you could read them stories in bed, but it's more likely you'll be watching them wrestle & do pillow fights. They have a ton of energy. I'll pop upstairs at 8:30 p.m. to takeover. And that's the routine!! I would like a Nanny who is a happy, bubbly, kind, loving type of personality. That redirects, offers benefits, when things go negative she keeps it positive & is comfortable talking out a social situation (like if they boys get into a quarrel & need guidance on finding a resolution).
