Influences will include: Queens of the Stone Age, Periphery, Rise Against, Karnivool, Tool, Royal Blood, Mars Volta, 12 Foot Ninja, Deftones, Faith No More, Foo Fighters etc. So basically, heavy and intricate with a lot of hooks and melody but melt your face off prog type shit thrown in. I'm down to do something heavier as well. About you: Must be a high-level musician with the chops, tone, gear, and experience with writing and recording at a high level. This would be ideal if you already have a main music project or band. This will be more of a side project with the goal of writing and recording an amazing EP over the course of the next 12 months. Live shows to follow if and when we feel like it’s worth it. Huge plus if you are proficient in recording and have the means to do so to make demoing easier. I have the contacts to record the final product with a great producer and engineer when the songs are ready. About me: Was the lead singer of a band similar to this based in LA in the early 2000’s signed to a label deal and toured extensively. I have worked in the music industry ever since managing venues like Red Rocks in Colorado and then going on to Tour Manage many notable bands. I have lots of connections and anything we put out will get seen and heard by many, if we make it GOOD. I don’t drink, I have my shit together and I’m not interested in partying and doing this half ass. I want to make sure we connect on a personal and artistic level, make sure everyone involved has the drive and desire to work on this project and to see it through.
