Otis went missing on 5/11 from The Retreat Apartments in Bothell, the closest cross sections are 120th Ave. NE & NE 185th St. He is grayish brown with black stripes and markings, he is an ocicat mix. He is fixed and chipped. He was wearing a black collar with a phone number to call. He responds to his name and is friendly but is probably scared because he just moved and does not know the area.
