young reddish-brown chihuahua last seen running west down Division from 18th toward 12th...early this morning 05/15 around 3am...he's not wearing a collar...his name is Popeye...he makes funny noises that sound like a child imitating a dog...he's super playful...we miss him so much and are very worried about him...if you see him, please text thank you
