Job Responsibilities: • Handle the hot air balloon equipment • Assist the pilot with flight preparation • Receive guests with professionalism and great customer service • Follow the balloon during flight • Pack up the equipment Qualifications: • Able to lift 75lbs • Good physical condition • Have reliable transportation to get to work • Good personal hygiene • Ability to work well with a team Pay: • $40 per flight + tips Hours: • All flights take place around sunrise (which varies with the season). Each shift is roughly 2-3hrs. • Weekend availability preferred
