Lost chihuahua and jack russel mixed. Lost since May 13. Brown and white hair. Has epileptic seizures. Needs his medicine. Wearing blue harness when lost. One ear goes forward while the other goes sideways. Has no teeth. Nervous and high strung, but friendly. Name is Royal.
