Hello, Brace yourself for a long post: I am a 25 year old musician looking to start a band. I mainly play bass, but I also play guitar (which is what I mainly write with), and a have a little experience in a few other instruments (idiophones, flugelhorn, sax, etc). I want to play/create original music and I have a good amount of songs mostly written. I am all about creating and want to collaborate in that experience. I would say the music that I write sits in an area between funk, rnb, indie, soul, and a dash of punk. Some (but not all) influences would be: Stevie Wonder, Charles Irwin, Mac Demarco, Men I Trust, Cosmo Pyke, Winona Forever, Tricot, Sunset Rollercoaster, Hyukoh, King Krule, and more. I am relatively political (leftist) which is important to me and how I move through the world, musically and non musically.
