Lost Black Dog hiding along First Creek

Yesterday at ~5PM(Friday) I saw a black dog hiding along First Creek. I was on the west side of Dunkirk and north of 53rd, standing on top of the large culvert. The dog was below me, sleeping in the bushes on the south side of the creek. I called and it ran away to the west along the creek. It seemed scared of people and to be trying to stay hidden. The dog was all black, about Labrador retriever size, with medium length hair. It had a collar on.
