A 40 year old Commercial Landscape Design/Maintenance Dallas based company is opening a McKinney Division. This is an exciting opportunity for a honest and hardworking individual to become part of the management team. This individual must be able to manage multiple employees with a strong desire for high quality work. This individual should be a highly motivated, self-starter, customer focus, with prior knowledge of commercial lawn maintenance and landscaping experience is a plus. You will be working under our Landscape Operations Manager and overseeing a landscape maintenance crew of between 3-5 persons. The ideal person will be able to coach and train employees while also being a strong team leader. We are a quality focused, employee oriented company.
