50 E. Clapham St. #104 near Fairview Ave., Binghamton NY

We have a flagpole at East Hills Senior Living Center 50 E. Clapham St. upper East Side of Binghamton that needs the rope we have to be strung on the pulley on top so that I can raise the flag on it BEFORE Memorial Day Please. I have a small flag and the rope and buckles already. Can someone with a crane or cherry picker maybe help? Thanks. Vietnam Era Vet of 6 yrs. USAF. Using a powered wheelchair since 2007.
