There is a current opening for a Custodian on night shift. Primary job duties include a variety of tasks necessary to keep assigned areas in clean and orderly condition. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Specific job tasks include, but are not limited to: • vacuuming • mopping • sweeping • polishing • cleaning toilets and sinks • picking up garbage • emptying trash receptacles • washing mirrors, windows, and window blinds • dusting • changing light bulbs • cleaning light fixtures, phones, refrigerators, chairs, desks, and other furniture / fixtures Other duties may include: • setting up meeting rooms (moving of tables, chairs, and / or audio-visual equipment) • moving of office furniture • routine maintenance of cleaning equipment • minor repair of office furniture and fixtures • restocking of supplies • various other tasks as assigned QUALIFICATIONS • Valid Oregon Driver's License. • Reliable Transportation. • Evidence of automobile insurability required. • Prefer previous janitorial experience, but not required.
