Prospera Property Management is seeking a Full time Porter in Kingsville and a Full Time Maintenance Technicians in Corpus Christi and Robstown who is responsible for maintaining the grounds of the community in an attractive condition and assist in other types of maintenance, when necessary. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: • Porter - This is an entry level position, three months related experience needed. Valid Class “C” Texas Driver’s License required. • Maintenance Technician - 2-5 years experience required; must have high school diploma/GED and Valid Class “C” Texas Driver’s License required.
