Busy contractor looking for a laborer

I'm looking for a laborer with a little experience in different areas. I do roofing and siding, windows, kitchen remodels, electrical and plumbing, decks, and additions. You can't be on your phone or smoke except when on break. You'll need your own transportation and hand tools.
