We are looking for a property manager for a 90 unit mobile home community. The ideal candidate will have experience advertising, leasing, repair and maintenance, and in managing tenants. Experience with repair of mobile homes is given priority. We can provide training for the right candidate with a positive attitude.
Compensation is negotiable depending on experience. On-site housing may be provided. Other bonuses are also awarded when certain benchmarks are met.
