STOLEN ESA DOG on Colleen Street NE Salem Police case # 21-10144 Update: he was picked up by a young lady via their Ring camera video but hasn’t been turned in anywhere yet* he was on a leash and he was unhooked from the leash and taken. His name is Frosty. Breed: mix maltipoo chihuahua. 1 year and 6months old. He is a ESA.
