Cage, stand and incubator all included. Cost of equipment is 450$. I also have a 2.1 created gecko colony that is free if you want it with purchase. It includes three adults, one juvenile and four eggs. A very cool educational setup or a good way to learn reptile breeding. The trio lay 5 or 6 clutches a year. I've never had a bad egg.
