Cypress home, 2 story shower change shower cartridge or possibly entire valve the cartridge appears to be moen, we are uncertain shower does not turn off water tiled shower wall, can access from other side of shower wall in bedroom owner prefers to change gasket if possible however owner already purchase Delta antiscald shower valve if valve is changed, no wall patching for small hole to be made in other side wall what is your price? see photos home appears to have copper pipe
