Wanted Handyman /Fence Builder to put my backyard wooden fence back up. Fence fell over when the posts rotted off their concrete foundations. Want to put the same fence panels back up on new, 4x4 posts set in fresh concrete. Old fence post concrete will have to be demo-ed. Their are 5 fence panels to go back up.
