Seeking energetic and trustworthy part time Housekeeper with experience. Should be able to provide references. This is a live-out position. Duties include all aspects involved with Cleaning, maintaining and providing service within a private residence. The individual must be flexible, proactive and enjoy being a part of the this family. They must possess professional demeanor and communication skills, exercise discretion and be trustworthy. Overtime may occur. Local candidates only. Part time Days : M/T/W/TH Hours: 2-4 hours between 11am-5pm * schedule changes with household schedule and travel/vacation. Occasionally weekends Hands-on cleaning including dusting, sweeping, moping, vacuuming, scrubbing, sanitizing and polishing of all surfaces within the home. Washing and drying dishes Collecting, washing, folding, ironing and returning clothes to the proper location Changing bed linens and making beds Separating and removing garbage and recycling Restocking personal care products, toilet paper, etc. Light cooking (sometimes) Feeding and exercising household pets Cleanup pet areas Watering plants Answering the telephone, front door and attending to houseguests grocery shopping and errand running. Maintaining outdoor area (balcony) Performing other tasks as assigned.
