FOUND MALE BLACK DOG WITH ORANGE COLLAR. Grey muzzle, white spot on chest, speckled white paws. Very docile but stressed, clearly wants to go home. Was found walking around the Milwaukie area, following strangers around. Obviously owned by the orange collar, but the collar has no tags. He is safe and healthy.
