URGENT NEED OF A LOVING NEW INDOOR HOME SEEKING A FRIENDLY & OUTGOING GIRL WHO LOVES ATTENTION, PLAY TIME AND BELLY RUBS! MEET DELILAH.... She and her sister came in together on March 25. The first day, both were withdrawn. The second day, Delilah became out going and friendly. She super energetic and playful but her sister, was shut down and terrified. We played with Delilah and worked with Daisy. Daisy ended up getting adopted but Delilah, the friendly outgoing sister, is still in need and now in the shelter almost 2 months. Without someone to love her and a place to feel safe, nothing else matters. Though Delilah came in with her sister, she's been temperament tested with another dog and was reactive to him as well as other dogs outside of her kennel. The shelter feels she would be best in a home where she can be the only pet. DELILAH - ID#A509523 I am a spayed female, brown Staffordshire Bull Terrier mix. The shelter thinks I am about 3 years old. I weigh approximately 59.60 lbs. SHELTER STAFF NOTES: Sweet and loving girl, very playful. Will chase toys but not really interested in bringing them back. Loves belly rubs. She walks well on her leash but does not like other dogs outside of her kennel. Delilah has had her vaccines, including her rabies, and her spay was donated so she is ready to leave immediately with her new family. Adoption pick ups are by appointment only. The shelter is open Tuesday - Saturday (closed Sunday and Monday).
