Im, a one man remodeling pro with a full skill set. Do to health issues I gotta take it down a bout 10 notches. so that leaves me with a a shit ton of work.to teach the right guy-and gal just about everything they could neeed to know about the remodeling business, I can teach you enough about it all to decide what trade you like and go get a job at any shop or union hall as an n apprentice do it. Id pay 14hr for 1st week and bump ya to 16in 2 weeks if you are good enought to restore my faith in somebody out there still wanting to work for a living, especially a youngster id go 20 and keep ya busy all year. What at I would expect from you for my money is open ears. open eyes and thoughtful and careful actions around every other living thing on my job-site, including even the damn plants if this what the owner of the house requires. you would need to drive yourself to and from work every day unless you called first, cars breakdown and I know shirt happens,- starts are usually 8am sometimes as late as 10am This is a real job for real pay. But your attention span has to be longer than your last bong hit and your value system needs to be more than what your knew kick are worth.
