Placesetters Nantucket Delivery & Warehouse Staff Listing: Part-time with potential to be full-time. Availability: Must be available Thursday – Monday. Hours: 20 hours will be guaranteed with potential to increase to full-time at 40+ Pay: Starting Wage is $25.00 an hour We are looking for a reliable delivery driver who is comfortable in managing warehouse inventory and logistics. The right candidate is concerned with customer satisfaction, transporting items in a safe, timely manner, and keeping warehouse organization a top priority. You will be responsible for gathering and preparing upcoming event inventory items along with the delivery of said items while adhering to timelines and schedules. You should be willing to work as part of the delivery team or independently to ensure that the event orders are complete, packed correctly, and safely delivered to the correct client/event. To succeed as a member of our delivery and warehouse staff, you should be polite and prompt with a commitment to providing our clients with an excellent experience. Delivery & Warehouse Staff Responsibilities: -Prepping, loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients, venues, or businesses in a safe, timely manner. -Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete. -Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles. Must be able to lift 50lbs. -Ability to adhere to tight timelines and schedules. -Operating equipment such as cars and trucks. Delivery & Warehouse Staff Requested Requirements: -W4 completion. -Valid driver's license. -Willingness to adhere to schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws. -Strong time management and customer service skills. -Ability to walk, drive, and lift and carry heavy items for extended periods. -Available to work shifts and on weekends.
