ABOUT US: Lehmann Pool & Spas has been providing the fines quality service and maintenance for swimming pools, spas and water features since 1955. Our construction division specializes in the design and construction of custom in-ground Gunite swimming pools, spas, and water features. We also provide renovations services for existing in-ground swimming pools, spas, and water features. Our service and maintenance departments take care of and repair some of the finest swimming pool in the northern NJ market. Our specialty is cutting edge technology. BASIC DESCRIPTION OF POSITIONS: These positions are hands on. You must be physically fit and have no health issues that would prevent you from performing the jobs described below. The positions are seasonal and require mandatory overtime including Saturdays during the spring and fall. If you are looking to work on the cutting edge of the swimming pool industry and have pride in your work, then these positions are for you. Must speak some English. *WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT INDIVIDUALS* CONSTRUCTION/APPRENTICE/HELPER: • Good work ethic/ self-motivated/reliable • Clean & Professional appearance • Willing to learn & can follow directions • Arrive to work on time • Knowledge of tools • Good Communication Skills • OSHA 10 CONSTRUCTION LABORERS: • Plumbing experience with PVC pipe • Pool equipment installation • Equipment operation, skid steer/ excavator • Pool and concrete forming • Reinforcing installation and adjustments • Pool tile installation • Paver stone and natural stone decking installation SERVICE TECHNICIAN: • Maintenance Tech Skills (advanced water chemistry, basic math skills, swimming pool opening and winterization) • Basic Electrical knowledge • Plumbing Experience • Heater repair & installation • Control System & Automation repairs and installation experience • Leak detection and pressure testing experience. YARD/GROUNDS AND INVENTORY: • Lawn maintenance- • Garbage and Recycling • Install and Remove seasonal decorations • General Maintenance • Check in deliveries from supply houses • Inventory of Materials • Deliver and pick up materials from job site • Ability to lift 50-75 lbs. • Clean Driving Record HVAC/ PLUMBING/ ELECTRICAL EXPERIENCE A+ WE OFFER: COMPETITIVE PAY BONUSES SIX PAID HOLIDAYS HEALTH PLAN CONTRIBUTION AND OR RETIREMENT PLAN AFTER 3 MONTHS YEARLY PERFORMANCE BONUSES EOE
