Element Farms is looking for Greenhouse Operations Associates to help with seeding, planting, harvesting, and furthering our mission to bring safe, pesticide-free, and local produce to our friends and neighbors in the northeast. Together with the rest of our awesome team, you’ll work hard in our high-tech greenhouse in Lafayette, NJ, harvesting, seeding, planting, and maintaining our hydroponic ponds. You’ll sweat, you’ll get dirty, you’ll lift heavy things, and you’ll push the bounds of farming towards something sustainable, safe, and delicious. The right candidate will have availability for 4-5 full days during Monday-Saturday. Hours are from 8 am - ~6pm. Element Farms pays twice per month via direct deposit. Benefits are available for full-time employees after a waiting period. Long-term candidates preferred. Role starts ASAP.
