Maintenance Assistant Full-time position w/ Benefits Must pass background check and drug test prior to being hired We are a Professional Management company looking for an energetic, dependable Maintenance/ Handyman to keep our complex functionally and aesthetically sound. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Maintenance/ Handyman (preferred but not required), attention to detail, great work ethic and positive attitude. Pay: $14.00-$16.00 (Depends on Experience) Schedule: Monday to Friday (Full-time, 40 hours/week) Location: South Maui Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Painting - Minor Woodworking - Minor Irrigation - Other Maintenance/ Handyman Duties as assigned Groundskeeper Requirements: - Valid driver’s license, clean traffic abstract - Proficient in using manual and power tools safely. - Ability to follow instructions and attention to detail. - Physically fit, pass physical -Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. -Work while standing and/or crouching for hours at a time - Must pass background check, drug test, physical, clean driving record Benefits: - Medical Benefits - Holiday Pay - Paid Vacation/Sick leave
