ASAP (Maintenance/Grounds) Seanz Enterprises LLC is seeking a loyal, experienced, candidate to help maintain the appearance and condition of grounds, and Maintenance of Properties mainly in Kapaa area Monday Thru Friday looking for someone that knows what they are doing in these fields Duties include but not limited to:Attention to Detail — Job requires being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks and working very effective in these areas Familiarity with safe operation and use of hand and power tools; measuring, cutting, mowing, edging, trimming and pruning techniques; stamina, time management, courtesy and discretion within this environment are all necessary skills. Small engine maintenance and repair skills also helpful. All serious inquiries will be considered upon Background Check via Owner Pay Day on Friday. Some Saturdays. Need Transportation and Drivers License and Don't call if you cant start ASAP Staring pay will pay based of your how hard and effective you can work.
