First Apostolic Re-entry for in-person worship. Welcome Home First Apostolic Sunday, May 23rd we are excited to reopen safely for in person worship for members and non-members who are comfortable with worshiping in the sanctuary. Please note worship services will still be visible via Facebook and Youtube for those who wish to continue worshipping virtually at this time. In the past 14 days have you experienced a cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, loss of taste or smell, and/or at least 2 of the following: ✓ fever of 100.4 or higher ✓ chills or shaking chills ✓ muscle aches ✓ headache ✓ sore throat ✓ nausea or vomiting ✓ diarrhea ✓ fatigue ✓ congestion or runny nose In the last 14 days, have you been in close contact for 15 minutes or longer (within 6 feet) with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 or suspected of having COVID-19?
