Hi everyone, I’m opening up a creative shop/studio in Far Rockaway and in order to get the doors open I need to do some work to get it ready. It’s a bit of a fixer upper so I need someone who can help get it looking nice. I need to build some work benches, assemble some tools, paint the walls, etc. Nothing too extensive. Skills that are required: -Great carpentry skills -Feels confident in a woodshop/ around power tools -Reliable Once the doors are officially open, I will be looking for someone who can look after the shop on a part time basis. This could be a great opportunity to transition to that role. If this sounds like something you would be interested let me know! I will give you more information about the shop/studio via e-mail or phone call. Compensation: Once the doors to the shop/studio are open, you will receive a free lifetime membership. Food/ transportation will be supplied any day you come to help out (lots of great restaurants near my shop)! -I’m totally open to figuring out some sort of pay, but I’m also looking for someone who believes in the business and will work in return for a lifetime membership-.
