Position Summary In 2012 the team behind Murray’s Cheese decided we needed a place to host our friends and neighbors for cheesy brunches, dinners, and spirited celebrations. With that, Murray’s Cheese Bar was born! Our flagship restaurant is located just blocks away from our cheese caves. We are now looking for a part-time prep cook to join our team! Who You Are - Passionate: Cooking and preparing food is your passion, especially when it involves cheese! - Self-Starter: You are someone who knows what needs to happen to get the job done and can do so independently. - Attentive: You have a pulse on all inventory levels and expiration dates. You are an expert in freshness and know just how to deliver it! Your awareness of how equipment is functioning allows you to be ahead of the game on any potential safety hazards! What You Do - Prep: Alongside the rest of the kitchen staff, you prepare all of our cheesetastic menu items! You remain in compliance with all kitchen rules, quality standards, policies and procedures.
