Maintenance Coordinators at Zeus Living are responsible for providing timely and effective fixes for issues that arise in our furnished homes in the Boston Metro area. Our homes range from single-family houses to apartments in professionally managed communities. As such, the types of maintenance issues that arise are varied in nature. We are looking for an adaptable problem-solver who enjoys working in a fast paced environment to join our Boston Metro area team. The role will be full time (40 hrs/week) with a Monday-Friday schedule. What You'll Do - Basic maintenance work including touch-up painting and light drywall repair, basic plumbing work, basic appliance repairs and diagnostics, diagnose and correct power failures, and changing light bulbs / batteries in smoke detectors. - Supervise vendor appointments (HVAC, Plumbers, etc.) - General property upkeep including occasional trash removal, power washing, or weeding. - Interact with residents in a professional and courteous manner. Keep information up-to-date in our internal ticketing system so all teams have access to real-time resolution status - Inspect units between residents and deliver missing items when necessary Would Be Great If You Know - Basic Carpentry / Painting - (drywall repair, touch up painting) - Knowledge on replacing bulbs, reseting breakers and electronics (tv, cable and internet) - Furniture repair and installation (tightening bolts and screws and furniture replacement) Who We’re Looking For - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Attention to detail to ensure efficient and quality repairs - Great problem solving with the ability to understand and utilize all resources at hand - Strong time management and prioritization skills - High level of professionalism and customer service as this role will be interacting with residents, owners, and external vendors - Ability to handle complaints & adversity with tact and diplomacy - Familiar with navigating different mobile apps - Must have reliable automobile transportation with a valid Driver’s License and insurance
