Hey there Tree Planters 🍃🌼
One Tree Planted and the Norwalk River Watershed Association will be partnering on June 5th for a community tree planting event in which volunteers will take part in getting 100 trees in the ground at the Mary Peatman Preserve! This project will help connect the Pollinator Pathway and protect the river from stormwater runoff. 🐝
Meeting point: Mary Peatman Preserve. The exact location and address will be provided in the pre-event email which is sent the day before the event.

One Tree Planted and its respective planting partners are taking all necessary precautions at our tree planting events. This includes reduced numbers of volunteers, social distancing, masks, and no sharing of planting equipment.
While nature still needs your support, we ask that all volunteers comply with their respective state guidelines, have not tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days, or have any symptoms including cough, sore throat, fever, etc
Note: Children under 16 are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult/guardian. The guardian will need to sign a waiver.
