This is a high energy class that combines today’s hottest dance styles with fitness and anaerobic movement while using the 7-chakra system (wheels of life & light) as a meditative structure.
Cardio and weight work is great when maintaining one’s physical wellbeing. But we combine working out AND acknowledging self-awareness when it comes to life's daily changing emotions. The goal is to reach a happy medium physically and mentally at the end of class.
