Well-established property management firm looking for an experienced maintenance technician. Skills required include repairing and installing sheetrock, carpentry, general maintenance skills, apartment cleaning and other various minor tasks for apartment preparation for incoming new residents (turn-arounds) and proficient use of common repair tools including hammer, electric drill, measuring tape, and screw driver. Some lifting is required, up to 70 lbs. and some climbing of stairs. Ability to effectively and clearly communicate, work as a team-player, and take instruction is a must. APPLICANTS MUST HAVE VERY RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION! Long experience in construction, maintenance and repairs is a must! We highly regard and appreciate your many long years of experience. Candidates will be fully vetted with criminal convictions/pending legal matters involving violence or coercion automatically excluded. Remuneration is $18.00 per hour paid by check. Thank you!
