A top-quality car wash that is fast, affordable, and environmentally friendly. We are hiring a Customer Sales Advisor to join our team at our newest state-of-the-art car wash located in West Palm Beach with a friendly team and fun outdoor atmosphere! Our employees take pride in their work and strive for excellence ensuring that customers have the best experience each time they visit our car wash. Requirements: Applicants MUST be clean cut and professional in appearance Be authorized to work in the United States Must pass background check Be enthusiastic Must enjoy working with people Ability to hustle with a SMILE on your face Be available to work on both weekend days Be available to work evenings Bilingual is a plus; Spanish/Creole Job Responsibilities: Interact with customers and ensure they are satisfied with their Johnny Clean Experience as it relates to SPEED, QUALITY and HOSPITALITY. Take customer orders, offer benefits of Unlimited Memberships, sell Unlimited Memberships within 15-30 seconds (very fast paced). Guide Customers onto Conveyor using hand signals (up to 200 per hour). Learn Johnny’s Core Values prior to working your first shift (you will be compensated at hourly rate for time spent off premise to learn and test at 100%). Learn Johnny’s Service Menu and Unlimited Scripts inside out / 100% prior to working your first shift (you will be compensated at hourly rate for time spent off premise to learn and test at 100%). Compensation: Additional benefits working at Johnny Clean: Paid Vacation. 1-year employment 1 week, 2+ years employment 2-weeks. Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $1,000 p/year. 20 hours per week and 6 + months employment required. Growth opportunity: Promotion opportunity to Supervisor.
