Porter Position: This is a porter position for a property management company to help with cleaning and janitorial type jobs at apartment and commercial buildings. Position includes: fixing minor issues (like changing light bulbs, changing locks) and cleaning building areas, and removing trash. Cleans and provides upkeep for spaces and buildings, performs basic repairs, maintains cleaning supplies, operates cleaning equipment. To be successful in this role, candidate should be able to manage various tasks on a daily basis and take direction. Must have your own vehicle - truck preferred. $12-$14/hour Full Time Position.
